These terms are an agreement between you and TriOrbital Software Inc. ("we", "us") for your use of Spring and this website. By using Spring, you agree to them.
Your account
You must be at least 13 years old to use Spring. You are responsible for your account and for activity under it. Keep your sign-in details secure.
Your content
You keep ownership of the content you add to Spring. You give us permission to store, process and display it only as needed to provide Spring to you.
Acceptable use
Do not use Spring to break the law, infringe the rights of others, harm or overload our systems, or access data that is not yours. We may suspend or end accounts that break these terms.
Atlas
Atlas uses AI to answer questions and make changes you ask for. Its answers can be wrong. Check important information before you rely on it.
Subscriptions
Some features need a paid subscription. Subscriptions are billed by Apple through your Apple account and renew automatically until you cancel in your Apple account settings. Apple's terms apply to billing and refunds.
Beta
Spring is in beta. Features may change, stop working or be removed.
Third-party services
Spring can connect to services such as Google Calendar and Gmail. Your use of those services is covered by their own terms.
Changes and ending
We may change or stop Spring, and we may update these terms. We will post changes on this page. You can stop using Spring and delete your account at any time.
Disclaimer
Spring is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for loss of data or profits, arising from your use of Spring.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada that apply there.
