This policy explains how TriOrbital Software Inc. ("we", "us") collects, uses and shares information when you use Spring, our iPhone app, and this website.

Information you give us

• Account details, such as your email address and name.
• Content you add to Spring, such as calendar events, habits, lists, journal entries, voice recordings and files.
• Messages you send to Atlas, the assistant in Spring.
• Messages you send us for support.

Information from services you connect

If you connect Google Calendar, we access your calendar events to show and update them in Spring. If you connect Gmail, we access emails related to subscriptions and deliveries to show them in Spring. You can disconnect these services at any time.

Information collected automatically

We collect technical information such as device type, app version, usage events, crash reports and push notification tokens. If you allow it, we use your location to show local weather.

How we use information

• To provide, maintain and improve Spring.
• To respond to your requests, including requests you make to Atlas.
• To send notifications and service messages.
• To keep Spring secure and to fix problems.
• To meet legal obligations.

Service providers

We share information with companies that process it for us, such as hosting, storage, search, analytics, crash reporting, email delivery, speech-to-text, AI model and payment providers. They may use it only to provide their services to us. Payments go through Apple, and we do not receive your payment card details.

Other sharing

We may share information if the law requires it, to protect rights and safety, or as part of a merger, sale or similar change to our business.

Retention

We keep information for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide Spring and meet legal obligations. When you delete your account, we delete or anonymize your information within a reasonable time, unless we must keep it by law.

Your choices

You can access, correct and delete your content in the app. A copy of your information is provided on request. Email us to ask for one, or to ask us to delete your account. Depending on where you live, you may have other rights under local law.

Security

We use reasonable measures to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is fully secure.

Children

Spring is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

International transfers

We and our providers may process information in countries other than the one you live in.

Changes

We may update this policy. We will post changes on this page and update the date above.
